My Contractor Broker is a returning client who trusted us to take on a more ambitious brief: a full rebrand and rebuild of their site. 

The existing site had done its job up to a point, but in a sector where credibility and trust are so important, it wasn’t giving customers the confidence they needed to take the next step.

Financial services don’t have to mean safe and samey. We created something with genuine credibility but also a character that’s warm, engaging, and contemporary. All of this was achieved without losing the trustworthiness that contractors need before they commit to a broker.

The branding was built from scratch: a logo, a colour palette, and a visual identity with a clear point of view. The copy follows suit and is punchy where it can be and precise where it needs to be.

One of the centrepieces of the project is a bespoke mortgage calculator. It was designed and built entirely in-house by our development team in PHP and JavaScript, using the latest Bootstrap framework to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

It’s a big step up from the previous tool. The calculator guides users through tailored questions, following different paths to gather the right information, before delivering the answers directly to both the customer and the My Contractor Broker team.

It’s intelligent, intuitive, and built to get the process moving right from the first click.
